The Sand Point Department of Public Safety (DPS) is compose of five separate yet strongly connected departments dedicated to protecting the safety and well being of people, property, land, and water within the limits of the City of Sand Point. These departments are as follows:
The Chief of Police also acts as the DPS Manager and oversees all aspects of the Department's activities.
